PEPLUX

About PEPLUX

A telehealth platform that shows the FDA status of everything it offers.

PEPLUX connects people with licensed providers who can evaluate them for peptide treatment, and independently licensed pharmacies compound and dispense what a provider prescribes. It currently offers 21 products and keeps a dated FDA status record for 24 substances, including every substance in those products.

Every product PEPLUX offers is compounded, and compounded products are not FDA-approved. Of those, 15 also have no lawful pathway for a US pharmacy to compound them today. Each product page shows its status next to the button that starts an evaluation, and the status tracker covers every substance, whether PEPLUX offers it or not.

The model, plainly

What PEPLUX is, and what it is not.

Who does what matters more than any claim we could make about it.

PEPLUX is a telehealth platform, not a pharmacy or drug manufacturer. Medications are compounded and dispensed by independently licensed US compounding pharmacies.

PEPLUX runs the website, the intake, the status records, billing and support. It does not make medicine and it does not practice medicine. Clinical decisions belong to independently licensed providers, who decide whether treatment is appropriate, what to prescribe, and whether to prescribe at all.

Who does what

PEPLUX
The technology platform, the status records, billing and support. Not a pharmacy, not a manufacturer and not a medical practice.
The treating provider
An independently licensed provider, licensed in the state you are in, who reviews your intake and writes or declines the prescription.
The dispensing pharmacy
An independently licensed US compounding pharmacy or outsourcing facility that prepares, labels and ships the medication, and keeps the record of what it compounded.
The laboratory
Where a provider orders testing, a third-party laboratory performs it and reports to that provider.

Clinical care

You should know who reviews your intake.

A patient is entitled to a name, a credential and an organization that stands behind the review.

Clinical evaluation for PEPLUX runs through Arora Health, an affiliated clinical organization with a network of US-licensed providers. Providers in the network are licensed in every one of the 50 states; Puerto Rico is not covered.

Arora Health is an affiliate, not PEPLUX’s owner and not its parent company. Provider licensure is not the same as product availability: whether a product can be dispensed to your state depends on the pharmacy, and is shown separately.

How status is sourced

Where the regulatory statements come from.

Every status statement on this site is rendered from a record that cites dated primary documents and carries the date it was last checked.

What the records cite

  • FDA’s 503A and 503B category documents for bulk drug substances, which are separate documents with separate contents.
  • The 503A bulks list in the eCFR (21 CFR 216.23) and FDA’s 503B bulks list.
  • Federal Register notices and rules, read for what they actually do: a proposed rule or a proposal changes nothing until it is final.
  • Approved drug labels and Drugs@FDA, for what an approval covers and what it does not.
  • Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee minutes and meeting materials, read as recommendations, which are not listings.
  • FDA safety pages and warning letters.
  • The WADA Prohibited List, for sport status only.

What they never cite

Vendor and retailer sites, content farms and aggregator blogs are never a source of regulatory fact, however well they rank. They commonly conflate the 503A and 503B lists and treat removal from Category 2 as though it were approval.

Each status record shows the documents it relies on and the date it was last checked. If a record is wrong, the source is there to check it against.

Accountability

How to check our work.

Product pages state what the evidence does not show alongside what it does. Status records carry their sources and the date they were last checked. Prices appear only once they are final.

PEPLUX does not hold LegitScript certification and does not display a certification mark.

If you find a claim on this site that you believe is wrong, unsupported or out of date, the editorial policy explains how to report it.

What we do, and do not do

  • Every product page shows its FDA status next to the button that starts an evaluation, including when the product is not FDA-approved and has no lawful compounding pathway.
  • Nothing on this site claims a product PEPLUX offers is approved, legal to compound or safe.
  • No promised outcomes or timelines. Each product page says what the evidence does not show.
  • No dosing protocols. Dosing belongs to the provider who evaluated you.
  • No countdown timers, invented reviews or patient counts we cannot substantiate.
  • PEPLUX does not compound or manufacture any medication.
